Whoa baby!

Watch out, its the New Year! There are so many things that are going to be different for me in 2007. The night before Christmas was a low point but something about a new calendar year makes me feel hopeful again. I need to make some good changes in my life. So, to start out, I joined a gym. I am also tutoring two boys in English. I'm trying to be more kind to my husband as he deals with his own pressure to find a good job. But most importanly, I'm putting on those workout clothes and doing something that will bring back a part of me that disappeared quietly.
I usually never make resolutions because I never intend to really put forth the effort. But in the spirit of 'do overs', if you've decided to make a change, leave a comment and share it with us.
Big apologies again for the missing 7 days of Christmas. Maybe next year!

Love your honesty, girl! :)
You can do it. :)
My goal for this year is to take all the time I can to be a good mommy to my little Katie Shae (born Jan 4th!) and a good wife to my wonderful husband Kevin.
To focus on my family more instead of work and life clutter :)

Good luck with your goals! I try to think of goals as things that you would really like to achieve, but wont be dissapointed if it doesnt always work out. As long as you try hard, and stay positive no matter what the outcome. xx

Yeah for setting a goal and going for it! I have been trying to look at New Year's as an opportunity to do some 'personal enrichment' the past couple of years, rather than making 'resolutions'. Mine include living my life in sacrifice- everyday. Not an easy taks...but something that will make me a better person in the end. I heard a great message recently. The basic theme was that EVERY DAY we get the chance to start anew. No matter what happened the day before. Isn't that an encouraging thought as we strive to stick out our new goals! Love that. Every day...a chance for a new beginning. Good luck and Happy New Year 2007!

yup I don't do "resolutions" per say...I like to think of them as things I know I'll do LOL...and this year it's take even more pictures and scrapbook more regularly, starting monday nights with my friend Carrie...I can't wait :)

Happy New Year :)

way to go girl! Keep up the good work! The thing is just to actually DO it! When you've done it a few times, you will start to miss it when you dont! I decided (in december when I started) to lose a little weight but therefor I need to exercise so I got the hometrainer out of the dust and I push myself to actually do something with it. Today I didn't want to so decided not to do it, but then in the afternoon I started to miss the exercise and got on the stupid thing anyway and biked 15 kilometers!
