new art journal...



just started a new art journal last week... i am going through some kind of season of change in my life... needed to do something to get all the emotions out. love these journals. they are such good therapy! :) elsie

yes, a part of something bigger than ourselves.
so huge.
i too, am a (mostly:) cured drama queen.
it is so funny how we want to be seen . . .
until we ARE.
then we realize what we really need.

i kind of started doing the art journal thing to help keep me focused & engaged during church . . . it just kind of happened one day, but as i look back at it, your influence & style is all over it!
so, um, thanks for the church help for this ADD-girl!!!!! :)

I am sooo in agreeance wit the need to do an inspirational journal...helps me get my woes out for the day and go to bed peacefully at night...yours is soooo rockin Elsie!

Last night, I read the book THE JOURNAL and thought I'd pass it along as a recommendation because you'd totally get it. It's a quick read, I picked up a copy of the book at the library, but it's at all the big bookstores.
